Our next wonderful wedding was Rebecca and Myles’ day which all took place at the stunning Otley Hall.

Rebecca and Myles really wanted an outdoor ceremony but, the weather wasn’t looking good for us with lots of rain predicted but, our luck lasted and the showers managed to hold off, we feel so pleased for them that they could have the day they’d been dreaming about.

There was so much to love about the two of them and their day that I don’t even know where to begin, the nods to Lord of the Rings went down very well with us (and their guests) and their dog Mylo joining us in the evening was even more special. 

Quick shout out to some of the suppliers too; firstly to Paul Thompson Events who provided us with an incredibly yummy meal, then to Emma Gouch who did the fabulous make up and Lynnette Chasmer who did the equally awesome hair, next to Shotley Flower Field who allowed them to go and pick their own flowers before a friend arranged them (they were beautiful), Celebration Cars and Events did their playful mini golf which was incredibly well used, then the Cheese Shed who did their cheeses for cake  and lastly it was great to see The Hot Sausage Company in the evening too. I would like to also thank Steve at Otley Hall for making us so welcome.

I think David and I have finally met our match with this couple, they honestly can talk and laugh as much as we do and it’s wonderful! They are very clearly adored by everyone who knows them and it’s easy to see why! 

We loved everything about their day and really hope that our paths will cross again with this lot in the future. Here’s a very small peep at their day x
