Next in May we photographed Hannah and Myles’ day. We were both a little bit extra excited for this one as we knew that their gorgeous boxer dog Hugo was going to be playing a big party and he’s got such a lovely temperament and gives lots of sloppy kisses.
Everything about this day at the stunning Haughley Park Barn and it was great to be back at a venue we adore when the grounds are looking so abundant. We also finally got to see some of Jasmine’s (the fleurgirl) beautiful flowers at an actual wedding (we usually only get to see Jasmine’s stunning work at Wedding Shows) which was a treat. Lastly, we got to see The Food Station and Vicki and the team took very good care of everyone (and kindly fed me a meal too which is greatly appreciated and the food was scrumptious)
The girls got ready in the farmhouse and Myles and Hannah did a first look before the wedding which was really sweet. They then had an indoor ceremony with Hugo being the ringbearer and a surprise Chimney sweep was organised by Myles’ mum for the reception. Hannah’s cousin videoed the day and was great to work alongside and we went up to the parkland for a little evening walk where all the sheep were out and Hugo was as good as gold!
An epic cake stand was made by Hannah’s dad and the cakes by various guests (I couldn’t stand too close to this as it smelt incredible). Then there was a disco in the evening which kept the party going.
These two are an adorable, happy, friendly couple and their friends and family were so welcoming to us. We really appreciate the positive feedback given to us by guests at this wedding as it just makes us feel all fuzzy inside! It’s clear to see that these two are loved by everyone who knows them and we really hope that our paths will cross again with this lovely lot in the future.
Here’s a big peep at their day:
