A little break in my editing to write up some recent weddings for you all to see as I’ve gotten quite a bit behind on these.

So, taking you back to May and what I thought was going to be one of our hottest days this year (I can’t believe how wrong I was on this with many more hot weddings to share with you) I joined Bex and Shane for their small and intimate wedding at the awesome Venue 16.

What a beautiful, happy day this one was to be a part of and I absolutely adored the bright rainbow coloured flowers as well as the crocheted animals that Bex and her sister had made as table centre pieces (these were so unique and then each table had scratch cards to see who would win the crochet animal on their table!). Everyone took the heat as well as they could and thankfully there was refuge in the form of air conditioning where they ate their meal and had their speeches so we didn’t melt for the whole day.

They even had a fabulous mini golf for guests to enjoy and many more guests joined in the evening for a celebration disco and party part!

Bex and Shane are such a wonderful couple and I’m so delighted I got to share in their day with them. Bex looked radiant and beamed all day and Shane was every bit as handsome and happy.
