At the end of May, I captured the most beautiful wedding day for Amber and Carl at the stunning Easton Grange.
We always knew that we’d love to be a part of this as soon as we met Amber and her mum at one of Easton’s Open Days and both hoped that they would get in touch. Luckily, they felt the same way about us and so, it was a great match and we were honoured to capture this day.
There were so many wonderful finishing touches to this day with Amber’s very talented mum doing all the flowers and the groom’s sister making the most unusual wedding cake. It was a travel themed day and just perfect in every way.
I started with Amber getting ready in the bridal room and got to work alongside the very talented ladies that are Emma (at Pretty Faces Makeup) and Karen (who did the hair from Karen’s Beautiful Brides). They always do a terrific job and I’m always excited to see them. David started over at the Farmhouse with Carl and the boys for the tail end of their getting ready.
The ceremony was an indoor one in the ceremony barn followed by their reception outside. As always, Cat, Steph and the rest of the staff at Easton Grange were brilliant and a treat to work with ensuring everything ran like clockwork.
Amber looked beautiful in her dress and her bridal entourage of her sister and nieces and nephews was just so sweet. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with children on a wedding day who were so keen to be in the photos! Carl looked every bit as dashing in his suit which fitted in perfectly with this country venue.
I could talk about this day for a really long time as there were so many wonderful and crazy (I’m thinking when Amber’s sister decided to light a handful of sparklers in one go!!!!) moments but, instead I know you’d rather see the photos so, here’s a little peep at their day
