We are Suffolk Wedding Photographers and so, most of the list below is beautiful Suffolk Wedding Venues that we have photographed at over the years. However, there are also a few gorgeous Cambridgeshire, Essex and Norfolk Wedding venues on here which we have loved photographing at and are happy to travel to.

When thinking about doing this section I decided it was only fair to put on both the venues we photograph at most frequently and those that we’ve been to very recently. I will try to update this section with more venues over time.

If you can’t see your venue on here though it doesn’t mean that we haven’t photographed at it or that it isn’t equally stunning.  On our last count we’ve photographed at over 75 different venues (some of which are listed below) and as you’ll see there’s only a very small handful of wedding venue galleries on here.

Hungarian Hall, Suffolk

Hungarian Hall is a beautiful, large marquee tucked away in the gorgeous Suffolk Countryside which you can customise and make your own. This venue will go out of their way to make your day special and unique to you and your dreams for your day. You can have both an outdoor (weather permitting) and indoor ceremony depending on what suits you which is lovely. As if that wasn’t enough already this venue is a family business run by some of the loveliest people you could hope to meet. We love photographing here and Hungarian Hall is definitely one of our favourite wedding venues to work at. So far, we have photographed here in most seasons (we haven’t done a winter one here yet) so we know exactly where to go for your gorgeous couple photos regardless of the time of year.

Easton Grange

Easton Grange is a stunning venue to photograph at. Not only does Easton Grange have a ceremony barn and then a barn for eating but if the weather’s bad you also have an indoor area for the drinks reception. In addition to the stunning buildings there is a beautiful courtyard (ish) area as well as a grand old oak tree and a meandering stream. Surrounded by fields there are ample opportunities for photos in all seasons and this is one of those venues that we’re hoping we’ll photograph at a lot more as it’s brill!

Haughley Park Barn, Suffolk

Haughley Park Barn is a stunning venue with the most beautiful gardens and lovely staff.  We’ve worked here in all seasons (and all weathers) and absolutely love it. Haughley Park Barn is one of our favourite wedding venues to work at, it has everything going for it from a beautiful farmhouse to get ready in, gorgeous barns and stunning ground. Henham Park

Henham Park is one of the most beautiful settings to have a wedding. Rustic barns, parkland, fantastic staff, gorgeous courtyard gardens and it’s exclusively yours. We only photographed here for the first time last year but really hope that we’ll be back at this venue again before too long.

Thorpeness Country Club, Suffolk

Thorpeness Country Club is a gorgeous location to choose for your wedding by the Sea! As Suffolk Wedding Photographers (and not living far from the sea ourselves) it’s always a treat to photograph a wedding by the sea! What could be nicer than having your drinks and canapes looking out over that view! This venue is right by the sea and has separate areas for your ceremony and reception!

Otley Hall

Now this venue stands out from the crowd for the most stunning gardens which we love photographing in. Over the years we’ve photographed here many times and we hope that this continues for many years. The improvements to Martha’s Barn (where you have your wedding breakfast) is stunning!

Seckford Hall

Seckford Hall is a venue we’ve worked at several times over the years on some of the hottest days and also some of the coldest, snowiest ones. This venue has a lot to offer and although we’ve never seen it hired out exclusively (you can if you want to) you will still have areas that are solely for your use for the day. There are some beautiful gardens surrounding the hall for photos and lots of areas of interest. Every time we’ve been here we wish we came to this venue more.

The Garden Barn

The Garden Barn, Little Bradley is a venue which we’ve only photographed at once so far but are due to be back there again this year. The venue is exclusively yours and is an 18th. Century timber framed building that has been restored. It is set within the beautiful gardens of Little Bradley Hall and opens directly onto an expansive lawned area, surrounded by wonderful flower borders and overlooking open fields and paddocks.

Bruisyard Hall

One of the closest venues to us here in the Suffolk Countryside is the stunning Bruisyard Hall. There is so much to love with this venue from the traditional hall with accommodation to the beautiful contemporary barn. The gardens here have everything you could hope for as photographers from quirky, rustic old buildings to beautiful flower beds. We really enjoyed photographing here and we hope if you choose this venue for your day you may consider us as your local Suffolk Wedding photographers.

The Tudor Barn, Belstead

This barn is very contemporary and yet still has elements of being rustic. It’s exclusively yours for the day and you can get married upstairs in the barn. Downstairs you have your wedding breakfast and there are some lovely break out areas including an area under glass which is great for photos should your day be wet. Outside there’s an area called the Horseyard where there’s a large covered area and outdoor bar. It’s gorgeous to have your drinks reception out here overlooking the countryside. There’s some beautiful rustic buildings and farm machinery for photos, meadow area and lots of stunning trees as well as some fab gates! We love photographing here for the variety this venue offers as well as the fact that it’s a little different from some of the other barns in our region.

Bressingham Hall & High Barn, Norfolk

As we sit on the border between Norfolk and Suffolk some Norfolk Wedding Venues are pretty close to us. One such wedding venue is Bressingham High Barn which is a fairly new venue in our region. As Suffolk Wedding Photographers we had the privilege of photographing the first ever wedding here in November 2016. Bressingham is world famous for its gardens and they look stunning at all times of year. What a backdrop for photos!

Woodhall Manor, Suffolk

As Suffolk Wedding Photographers we get to work all over the county (and further afield) but every year we have the pleasure of being back at Woodhall Manor to photograph weddings. If you’re looking for somewhere to have your day with lots of different options available to you then it would be worthwhile taking a look at Woodhall Manor. You can have an outdoor ceremony, indoor ceremony in two different locations and it even has its own nightclub area! We’ve worked at Woodhall Manor many times before and in all seasons.

St Peter’s Brewery

If you’re on the hunt for a building in Suffolk that is remote and has a Gothic vibe to it then look no further than St Peters Brewery. This venue is like nothing else we’ve seen in Suffolk and one that’s close to us as Suffolk Wedding Photographers.

Sibton Park (Wilderness Reserve)

As Suffolk Wedding Photographers sometimes you get to see some venues that are just so mind blowing you have to see it to believe it. Sibton Park and The Wilderness Reserve definitely falls into that category. The hall itself is jaw-droppingly beautiful whilst the orangery where the wedding breakfast is held is air conditioned (a blessing if it’s a hot summer’s day), contemporary and with the most stunning chandeliers. The parkland is absolutely gorgeous for photos and if the weathers good you can get married outdoors. This is definitely a venue we would love to photograph at more.

All Saints Hotel, Fornham St Genevieve

All Saints Hotel is a beautiful hotel and spa set with a golf course. This is a modern contemporary venue and you have your own exclusive area of the hotel for you and your guests. Your ceremony is indoors and there’s a garden area for your drinks reception. In the evening you can go out on a golf buggy to get some awesome sunset photos on the golf course with some interesting bridges for your photos. We’ve worked here twice recently and can’t wait to come back again and photograph here.

Copdock Hall

Copdock Hall is a gorgeous, large red brick barn which you can make your own. You can get married at one end of the barn which is screened off from the rest of the barn, you then have your wedding breakfast in the middle or the barn and your dancing usually at the same end as the ceremony was. Outside there is a courtyard area for your drinks reception and a large grass area. Beyond this is a small Vineyard which looks gorgeous in your couple photos and is really coming into its own as the vine’s are getting older.

Gosfield Hall

Gosfield Hall is a stunning stately home available exclusively to you for your wedding day. This Georgian mansion is set in 10 acres of manicured grounds and parkland, with a ballroom, reception rooms and a bridal suite on a scale we haven’t seen in any other venue to date. We’ve only photographed one wedding here so far (through bad luck that we get a lot of enquiries for this venue but always seem to be booked for dates people enquire for) but would love to come back and work here more as it truly is something a little bit special!

Hengrave Hall, Suffolk

We are very lucky to photograph at the stunning Hengrave Hall most years. Hengrave Hall is a beautiful building with so many different rooms you would not believe. It also has impressive grounds surrounding it and the venue is exclusively yours for the day.

Bedford Lodge Hotel

If you’re searching for a Suffolk Wedding Venue that’s a little bit different to the stately homes and rustic barns then Bedford Lodge Hotel in Newmarket is well worth looking at. The rooms here are contemporary and away from other guests using the Hotel and you have a beautiful back garden for your wedding reception. The Spa which is onsite also has some beautiful pillars with climbers over them which look superb in photos.

Chippenham Park, Suffolk

Chippenham Park is almost like a secret wedding venue, they only do so many weddings there every year and so we’ve been very lucky to photograph here a few times now. Chippenham Park has a permanent marquee on site for weddings and you can use the main hall for wedding drinks receptions. There are so many areas to the gardens to photograph in that you are spoilt for choice.

Blackthorpe Barn, Suffolk

Blackthorpe Barn is one of very few medieval tithe barns left in the country which has a beautiful rustic charm to it. The grounds surrounding the barn lend themselves to country wedding photos. We have photographed a couple of weddings at this wedding venue so far and would love to hear from you if you’re planning on having your day here and looking for a photographer.

Ravenwood Hall, Suffolk

Another beautiful Suffolk wedding venue for us to photograph at as Suffolk Wedding Photographers is Ravenwood Hall. This venue has an old style almost Cricket Pavillion for your day. Surrounded by some lovely woodland and with the option for an outdoor ceremony this is a lovely venue worth considering and one that we enjoy photographing weddings regularly at.

Hintlesham Hall, Suffolk

Suffolk Wedding Photographers Hayley Denston Photography have photographed lots of weddings at Hintlesham Hall in Suffolk over the years. Hintlesham Hall is a very grand, Georgian property with well-established gardens. It is a beautiful location to choose to have a wedding and looks great in all seasons.

All Manor of Events (Manor Farm Barn), Suffolk

We are Suffolk Wedding Photographers who photograph wherever our couples take us! One of the wedding venues we have been to a good few times over the years is All Manor of Events (Manor Farm Barn) at Henley. This wedding venue has lots of different options available to our couples in the uniqueness of a rustic farm setting. There’s a gorgeous long driveway lined with trees, fields and grain silos!

The Swan, Lavenham

The Swan at Lavenham is a beautiful old building to choose to get married in right in the heart of Lavenham. We usually photograph smaller weddings here but we have photographed larger weddings here too. I love the tudor building with all the beams and the character it offers. Although it’s not exclusively yours for the day (unless you booked out the whole venue) there are plenty of areas where you can feel tucked away from the rest of the guests and lots of places for photographs.
