When in Rome …

Firstly, apologies for no post on here last week.  We were away on a short break to Rome on recommendation from one of my brides this year (thanks Sarah) who has been fortunate enough to travel the world for her job and she said this was her favourite place (we can see why!).

We had gorgeous weather (over 20 every day) with bright blue skies and lots of sunshine.  We crammed loads into our few days and saw the majority of the most famous sites (all of which had their own charm).  We also walked huge distances getting between everywhere so we could see those secret hidden places.  Getting back into the swing of things today has been a struggle (who likes coming back off of their holiday though) and now we’ve got through to the afternoon I can only keep thinking about the amazing ice creams we ate …. mmmmmm!

Once I’ve had time to process the photos I’ll pop some on here but for the meantime, it’s back to a busy week at work.

I’ll write some more posts on here later this week and sorry if I’ve taken a little longer than usual to get back to all the enquiries and questions that came in last week, I should get back to everyone by the end of today
