Time Out to Crochet by Suffolk Wedding Photographer Hayley Denston Photography

Been a busy few weeks as I’m sure you can all imagine at this time of year but I managed to take a very rare day off last week to go to a crochet course to make flowers (trust me to choose the hottest day of the year!). Sarah Bigley who runs the course is brilliant (and thankfully incredibly patient) and this is the third course of hers I’ve attended in the last couple of years. She runs courses from complete beginners to more complex stuff and even has some summer holiday courses running for parents and children. To have a look at a tiny fraction of the work she produces which you can buy at her etsy shop, one half-treble just click here or you can visit the wool shop in Diss if you’re local (or contact me and I can pass on her details)

Can’t believe that I managed to produce something that looks like flowers! I really hope she’ll run a Christmas crochet workshop. Right, back to work and writing up lots of lovely weddings we’ve photographed recently as well as working on all your gorgeous photos!
