At this time of year we always get really behind with the blogging whilst we’re photographing lots of gorgeous weddings and portraits for which I can only apologise. One thing we also don’t blog about as often as we should is all the lovely thank you notes which we get and mean an awful lot to us. I think we’ve got around ten to write up at the moment which are dotted round the house here.
So today I’m going to start with a thank you that we received from Rebecca’s dad. We photographed Rebecca and Richard’s wedding back in July. Here’s a link to their blog story for those of you fancying a read, it was a gorgeous Suffolk Wedding with a local church and then a marquee back at Rebecca’s parents.
Anyway, here was the very kind e-mail Rebecca’s dad Ian sent to us:
Thank-you so much for the fantastic job you both did in capturing the mood and atmosphere of Rebecca’s and Richards wedding. There are some truly wonderful shots that sum up the day perfectly and I really can’t thank you enough. The day flew by and it all seemed a bit of a blur but your photographs brought the whole day back again. There are some lovely shots of the girls getting ready together with some artistic ones of the garden. I particularly liked the one of the champagne glasses with the willow tree in the background. It was a very happy day for us all and so glad that you were part of it. We had all made an effort to enjoy the build up to the big day rather than get stressed which I think enabled us all to enjoy the actual day so much more and is evident in your photos with everyone just looking so happy.
It was truly a wonderful day.
