Back in July (yes I am that behind on the blog at this time of year) we photographed the fabulous Zanna and Olly at their wedding at Easton Grange. Our summer weddings this year have all been a bit wet and cloudy but, that certainly hasn’t stopped everyone from enjoying themselves and the clouds can look very dramatic in photos … we’ve tried to look at the positives that everyone hasn’t been cooking and having heatstroke which is always a bonus 🙂
For this day David started over at the Long House with the boys getting ready whilst I started in the Bridal Room with Zanna. Zanna’s mum did her hair for her which looked beautiful and the amazing Emma over at Pretty Faces did the flawless make up (Emma is a lovely lady who always does stunning make up which is why she’s both one of our recommended suppliers and Easton’s). Zanna and Olly have their two beagles who played a part in their day and their gorgeous little girl (she’s one of the happiest children you could hope to meet and despite being full of cold was incredibly well behaved and smiley), their little family unit is so cute!
The ceremony barn was decorated by another very talented lady called Georgina over at The Treasure Box and that too looked awesome. One lovely little finishing touch for this day was leaving seats reserved with flowers at the back for people who are sadly no longer with us and Zanna had a really sweet little photo of one of her grandad’s on her bouquet to keep him close.
After the ceremony we came out for confetti and some time outside despite the drizzle. It was lovely and the canapes and drinks flowed overseen by two of our favs (Jasmine and Steph) at Easton. It was then in for food and speeches before popping out again later into the meadow and although we didn’t have a great sunset it was still nice to have a little break with the two of them and their dogs. We were then back in for their cake cutting and dancing with the fabulous Scott doing the DJing!
It was a thoroughly beautiful day and one that I’ve found selecting photos for really tricky as I love them all but, here’s a small little peep at their day x
