On one of the wettest days,I’ve ever photographed on I had the pleasure of capturing the beautiful Laura and Giles’ small and intimate wedding at Horringer Church followed by their reception at The Ickworth Hotel.

Laura and Giles are a shy couple and don’t want their photos on here or social media which I completely understand and respect but equally I am a little sad that I can’t show you all that if you embrace the rain (like this couple did) the photos can still be stunning! Laura and Giles did agree though that I can share some detail photos only of their day so here are a few of their very special details from a wedding pig (never seen that before) through to stunning finishing touches.

Thank you for letting me capture your day for you, a huge thank you again to you both for embracing the rain even if we all did get a little soggy – I’ve never had such a relaxed and chilled out couple before when we had gale force winds and horizontal rain to deal with …. it was appreciated more than you could know and I wish every couple could be like you two.

I wish you both many happy years ahead of you and I hope that our paths will cross again at some point in the future. Here’s a small peep at those details for you! x
