The Wedding of Corrina&Ed@Hengrave Hall by Suffolk Wedding Photographers Hayley Denston Photography

At the very beginning of September we photographed the gorgeous Corrina and Ed’s wedding which took place at the very grand Hengrave Hall. It’s been a while since we’ve been back at this elegant venue and it was great to photograph an outdoor ceremony here too as we had a glorious sunny day. When I’d gone through final details with Corrina I told them that I’d order 23 degrees and a sunny day for them and that’s exactly what we got 🙂 

These two are such a fabulous, fun and happy couple that we couldn’t wait to be a part of their day. There were so many thoughtful finishing touches which reflected their personalities throughout the day. They had games for the guests to stop anyone not having things to do during the reception time including crazy golf and a video games room. Their wedding planners (Nikki and her team at Venetia Weddings) produced the most stunning mini dioramas of all the theatre productions that they’ve been in together as table centre pieces which were so special as well as many of the other finishing touches.

Corrina did a surprise speech which was a song that she performed whilst one of their groomsmen had written the accompanying music for this – I wish I had a video of this to share with you all as it was spectacular!!!!!

They had two wedding cakes – a traditional one and a cake made of cheese!

Corrina looked beautiful and elegant in her fairytale dress whilst Ed looked equally handsome in his purple suit (something we have never seen a groom wear before!)

These two are a match made in heaven and they make each other smile and laugh effortlessly which shines through in their photos! 

We wish that we could have this epic day all over again and we hope that they’ll stay in touch with their future news!
