Our last wedding for this year was Larissa and Will’s day which took place at St Mary’s Chuch, West Stow followed by their wedding reception at Chippenham Park.
Where do I start with this day? It was awesome and an epic wedding to end our season on. It was also the biggest wedding we’d photographed in a while with the numbers swelling in the evening. These two are a very popular couple adored by their friends and family and it’s easy to see why.
I started with Larissa getting ready at home and at Chippenham Park. Her bridesmaids wore a beautiful, burnt orange which was so autumnal and Larissa had a gorgeous fitted dress with such pretty flowers. David started with Will and his boys arriving at the church when they were already suited and booted, looking handsome and ready to go. It was great to work alongside David (DG Pictures) again as we’d previously photographed alongside him at two other family weddings over the years and he’s always a lovely chap to be around and brilliant at his job.
Back at Chippenham Park we had drinks and canapees accompanied by music played by a Saxophonist (we’ve seen a lot of Saxophonists this year) in the main gardens before making our way over to the marquee for their wedding breakfast, speeches and evening entertainment. A few sparklers in the evening to before the cake cutting and dancing began.
We loved being a part of this day and we’re delighted that they love their photos as much as we do. Here’s a small peep at their day.
