Back to our next September wedding which was the beautiful Charlotte and Tim’s day at the gorgeous Blackthorpe Barn. I started the day with Charlotte and her bridesmaids getting ready at the equally lovely Blackthorpe House whilst David started at Walsham-Le-Willows church with Tim and the guests arriving.
Those of you who read this regularly know we love seeing dogs at weddings so, we were super-duper excited that their beautiful dog Winnie got to be the flowergirl and join us for the ceremony and some photos after.
Charlotte and Tim are a super smiley, happy, relaxed couple and it was a pleasure to be a part of this day. Charlotte looked radiant in her dress (and it had pockets!) with an exquisite, dried flower bouquet and Tim looked every bit as handsome in his suit with a bear on his handkerchief. We’re certain that these two are made for each other and that they’ll have many happy years ahead of them.
After the ceremony we went back to Blackthorpe Barn for their reception. This year we’ve seen a lot of bride and bridesmaid speeches as well as the traditional ones and at this one both Charlotte and her bridesmaids delivered fantastic speeches (as well as Tim’s and the bestmen’s).
The dancing in the evening was crazy fun and I loved hearing a different first dance song of ‘Praise You’ which was awesome. There was so much to love about this day but, the photos tell it better than words ever could, here’s a small snapshot of their day:
