Towards the end of April on a lovely Spring afternoon, we photographed the beautiful Charlotte and James at their wedding which all took place at the stunning Haughley Park Barn.
We’d been looking forward to this day for a very long time and keeping an eye on the weather as they really wanted to go up to the Bluebell woods and thankfully, the timing was perfect for us. There was also lots more in flower including a jaw-dropping Cherry Tree and Azaleas (although I didn’t realise how much Charlotte didn’t like bees until one landed on an Azalea whilst we were doing their photos … hence they are then watching the bee in the photos)
There was so much to love about this day and we got to work with some fabulous suppliers. The bride’s hair and makeup was done by Sharron at Elegant Hair and Beauty and it was a lovely, natural look that suited Charlotte perfectly. The amazing food (provided by Emma/Mike and their team at The Food Station who always do yummy, beautiful food) to the stunning flowers (these were Willow and Belle, and if these are anything to go by we can’t wait to see more flowers from this florist in the future). Mandy and Emily were there for Haughley making sure everything ran smoothly and in the evening we had a brilliant band called The Mighty Macca. The cake was made by James’ mum and looked awesome so a huge round of applause to her for taking this on.
Charlotte looked radiant in her stunning dress and James was every bit her dashing prince charming.
This couple are a little camera shy but, still smiled away happily all day as we took photos of them, and boy do we love their photos. So, rather than writing any more about their day here are just some photos to give you a little idea of what it looked like.
