During lockdown it’s been hard rearranging sessions and weddings to make sure we comply with all the current guidelines but not impossible. One session that we couldn’t put on hold though (as baby’s wait for no-one) was Beckie and Sean’s Maternity Shoot. It was so nice to dust the camera off and be out photographing again. We’ve really missed capturing lots of wonderful days and sessions this year.
This was a session I was very much looking forward to doing as we were lucky enough to photograph their wedding back in 2017 so I already knew them. It’s always a little bit special when you’re asked to document the next part in a couple’s story before they go on their next amazing adventure together.
So at the very end of August I met up with them both to capture the bump and the two of them before their little one arrives in October.
We had a wonderful evening session at Westleton Heath, where the heather is in full flower at this time of year, followed by a few photos down at Dunwich which is less than a 5 min drive away at the end of the shoot.
I love so many of their photos but here are just a small selection for you to have a peep at. I really hope that when their little one arrives I may get to meet up with them all again in the future.
