To end our April weddings this year we photographed the gorgeous Michaela and Chris. I started with Michaela getting ready at home whilst David started with the boys getting ready at Hungarian Hall where the ceremony would take place. Unfortunately, we had storm Hannah coming through and so due to the high winds and rain they sadly couldn’t have the outdoor ceremony they had hoped for but I personally don’t think it impacted on the happiness of this day at all. After the ceremony we still took photos outside before going on to Ferry Farm, Haddon where Chris (who’s part of Anglian Coastal Marquees) had set up the most stunning Marquee.
We had a Prosecco Bike and canapees inside the marquee (done by the fabulous Jamie Lee Catering) whilst the children had a separate area of the marquee with a brilliant children’s entertainer to keep them happy and a bouncy castle outside. Then there was a street food area (again food by Jamie Lee) with lots of different festival style foods to eat for the wedding breakfast.
In the evening we had a Bucking Bronco, Ice Cream bike and a small break in the rain to get outside …. I love the stormy skies in their photos here even if it wasn’t the sunset we were initially hoping for.
Michaela and Chris are a beautiful couple with two gorgeous children who were a pleasure to be around (a reflection of what great parents they are too). Michaela looked stunning in her fitted dress and Chris every bit as handsome in his suit with his stripey socks and bow tie!
Here’s just a little peep at their fabulous day
