Our next April wedding was Justina and Nick’s day. They got ready in Beccles and had their ceremony at the Catholic Church (also in Beccles) followed by their reception at Langley Abbey. This was a very windy and slightly chilly day but the sun shone and her veil blew beautifully! The Church were really kind and allowed us both to take lots of photos which was great. Back at the Abbey the reception drinks were moved indoors which was a sensible move given the weather conditions. Langley Abbey has some stunning, unusual and beautiful rooms.
The bridesmaids all chose their own dresses in shades of dove grey and the flowers were beautiful green and whites. Justina looked absolutely stunning in her fitted dress (although I suspect she could have worn a bag and she’d have still looked lovely) and Nick very handsome in his tails!
One of the bridesmaids made some gorgeous biscuits for people to have during the evening which was a special finishing touch and I got to try one of her beautiful lavender shortbreads which was divine! For the evening both Justina and Nick had a change of outfit ready for their Salsa Dance Routine to Shakira’s Hips Don’t Lie! I don’t think we’ve ever seen a first dance like this one before, well done to both of them for achieving this!
These two are a lovely couple to be around and it is clear to see that they are adored by all their friends and family and it’s not hard to see why. We wish them a very happy marriage ahead of them and hope that our paths will cross again.
Here’s a little peep at their day
