At the very end of April we photographed Sue and Mike’s small and intimate wedding day at The Westleton Crown in Suffolk. Despite heavy rain and thunderstorms being predicted once again we were very fortunate to only see a couple of spots of rain. This was a relaxed and happy day where they had a fairly early ceremony followed by a late lunch.
The flowers for this wedding smelt (and looked) amazing and the stock aroma filled the air in the room where they got married and held their wedding breakfast due to the heat being generated by the glass roof.
Sue looked beautiful and elegant in her wedding dress and Mike was dashing in his suit. The cake and mini cakes were made by Vanilla Patisserie and were one of those cakes where the chocolate smells so good that you don’t want to stand near it too long of your belly starts to rumble!
This was a gorgeous day with a great couple and lovely friends and family. We wish Sue and Mike a very long and happy marriage ahead of them. Here’s a look at a small selection of photos from their day
