We only photographed one wedding in November and that was the lovely Millie and Steve’s day which took place at Thorpeness Country Club. This was a gorgeous day with so many beautiful finishing touches. I’ve already blogged in a separate post about the incredible origami flowers that Millie made but feel it deserves another mention as they were just stunning and so different (but in a good way). We also saw one of the most unusual wedding cakes ever that the grooms mum Wendy had made (when you see the photo those aren’t tubs of sweets but actual cakes!). What a talented bunch of people. With autumn and winter weddings you’re never quite sure what to expect weather wise so you plan for the worst and hope for the best (or that’s at least what we do). We were incredibly lucky again though as the day before and the day after the wedding were wet and stormy but we managed to have a mainly dry day with the rain joining us in the evening which didn’t matter as at that stage everyone was indoors anyway. I’m glad we managed to get outside for some photos and down onto the beach. Thank you to all Millie and Steve’s friends and family for making us feel so welcome and it was a joy to photograph you all.
Millie looked beautiful in her lace dress and Steve was dashing in his RAF uniform.
This was a wonderful day with beautiful people and we wish Steve and Millie a lifetime of happiness ahead of them. We hope that the photos will in some way allow you to relive many happy memories of this day for years to come
