I have been overwhelmed by how many of our couples have come back to us with their favourite photos from their wedding days and consequently have a lot of blog stories to share with you all, I’ll try to do a couple of posts a week for the next few weeks.
Ella and Callum’s wedding at Hengrave Hall in August was a beautiful day, it was one that despite being fully booked for the year we got an e-mail from them only a few weeks before their day being told that they’d be let down by their photographer. Their e-mail was so lovely and expressed the two of them perfectly that I knew we’d be a good fit and that I should squeeze them in and help. I’m so glad that we did as this day was a pure delight from beginning to end and one that we’d photograph all over again in a heartbeat. If you’d like to read their full blog story just click here
Callum’s favourite photo was the one below for the following reasons
‘Because I think that it captures the essence of the entire day. You have the venue and everyone milling around relaxed and having fun’
Whilst Ella chose two photos (and I loved them both that I thought I’d share the two) and said the following:
‘They both for me sum up how it felt for us on the day. I’ve chosen the one on the right as we just look so dammed happy. I love these as they remind me of the times when we were just happy to be together, enjoying the day and not worrying about what was next on the itinerary or if our guests were enjoying themselves.’
I chose the following photo taken during the speeches as I love the look between Ella and her mum whilst Callum’s speaking and the fact that everyone is laughing and enjoying themselves
