Favourite Photos from Christina and Ed’s Wedding at Haughley Park Barn photographed by Suffolk Wedding Photographers Hayley Denston Photography

This next favourites post is from Ed and Christina’s Wedding which took place on a gorgeous afternoon in April last year. Their reception took place at Haughley Park Barn and the weather was warm enough for some photos outside in the gorgeous gardens. Here’s a quick link to their entire blog story in case you fancy a read of it. It was such a beautiful day with gorgeous people, I hope all our weddings this year are as brilliant as this day (I am hopeful they will be as I know we’ve got some fantastic days lined up!).

Christina chose me two of her favourites for the following reasons:

‘I think this photo captures the fun we had on our wedding day’

‘We both look really happy here (think I am about to do a big cackling laugh – there were lots of those that day’!

Ed also chose me two of his favourite and both were taken during his little brother’s best man speech. For the following reasons:

‘Both the photos capture a moment that really caught the atmosphere and feeling of the event: lots of laughter and happiness. I’ve always preferred the more informal photographs, as I think you get to see more of people’s personalities in them and these two are perfect examples of this.’

‘This photo is of my university mate Dave, who is trying to take photos of the moment himself, but just can’t quite concentrate due to unavoidable giggles’

‘The second is a similar affair, with dad chorting heartily at one of Harry’s tales about me and Mum looking suitably embarrassed.’

I struggled to chose for this day and probably the blog story sums up a lot of my favourites. I went for the following confetti one because I just love how relaxed and fun it was and it captures for me how their day was.
