Last week on what looked like it could potentially be a wet and miserable day I had the joy of meeting up with (and photographing) the gorgeous Jenny and Chris. I have been fortunate enough to photograph this lovely couple many times now (at their engagement shoot, wedding, other people’s weddings and portrait sessions) and absolutely adore them. Jenny and Chris truly are a complete pleasure to work with and I love being able to share their journey with them. At the moment they’re going through a bit of a rough time with trying to sort a visa for Jenny to go out and live in America with Chris (although hopefully this will all be sorted soon) so it was nice to do something enjoyable and take their minds off it for a little while.
The weather forecast was not good (two or one rain drops predicted for the whole morning and afternoon) but as this was a couple shoot (and Jenny and Chris were happy) we decided we’d go ahead anyway and just bring umbrellas in case of the worst. This could not have worked out better for us though as the seas were rough and we had really ominous black clouds and even a rainbow but no rain which has made this set of photos one of my favourites for sheer drama! I love them all but here are just a few to share with you now. I hope to photograph Jenny and Chris (and their family and friends) for many years to come
